How do I place an order?
Call us at 212.647.9956, or stop in and see us in person. We do not accept orders via email or fax.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
You must place your order 24 hours in advance, though if your order is for the weekend we recommend at least 4 days as sometimes we receive more than we can handle.
Can I place a large order?
Yes, we do not have a limit as to how large an order can be, though we require plenty of time (a couple of weeks in some cases) to work out the details. Need a way to display all those cupcakes? Find out how to rent one of our cupcake stands here.
How many cupcakes can I get without having to place and order?
Our walk-in limit is 24. If you happen to need 25, we won't kick you out or scream at you!
Are the cupcakes less expensive the more I order?
Sorry, the quantity doesn't affect the price.
Do you ship your products?
Not right now, but that doesn't mean we never will. We do, however, ship our t-shirts.
Do you do custom cakes?
Yes. You may want to come in and look around, or even speak with a baker to see what they can and cannot do.
Do you do wedding cakes?
We do not do traditional wedding cakes, though if you give us a call, we may be able to work with you to fulfill your needs.
Do you have seating in the bakery?
Yes, though it is limited. We have enough seats to fit 6 people comfortably, though if you're feeling particularly neighborly, you may be able to squeeze in a couple more!
What kind of coffee do you sell?
We proudly sell Gimme! coffee, which we hear from our customers easily rivals the coffee of a certain company with a name that rhymes with "Cartrucks". Gimme! is a small roaster/coffee company based out of Ithaca, New York that imports coffees from all over the world that they roast on site in one of their coffee shops right in Ithaca.
Are you kosher?
Not technically. Though a rabbi hasn't blessed us, we do not use any animal bi-products. We use plenty of dairy, though.
I have an allergy to nuts. Is there anything I can get that doesn't have nuts in it?
There are may things you can get without nuts, but we must advise you that everything we make is made in the same work area as products that have nuts in them. Though we try our best to be careful, the kitchen workspace is small and we can't guarantee that any one product has not had contact with a nut product.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, for any amount or product value you need.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
